French duck rillettes
This duck rillettes are coocked traditionaly in the purest South of France tradition.Made simply with some duck meat, duck fat, salt, pepper and shallots.
These rillettes are found on all tables of Gascogne.
To taste with a french baguette or a grilled toast.
Should be served with a glass of red wine.
